This high affinity anti-GST-tag antibody is developed using the GST peptide conjugated to KLH. The peptide sequence (EEHLYERDEGDKWR) is derived from the common vector glutathione S transferase (protein code: ACH81576).

Western blot analysis of cell expressing a GST fusion protein (45 kDa). Left lane: 5 µL of the negative cell lysates; right lane: 5 µL of the cell lysate, transfected with a vector coding GST-fusion protein.
