The goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody is developed in goats immunized with rabbit IgG, and affinity purified with rabbit IgG-agarose. The purified antibody is conjugated with polymerized HRP. This product is highly sensitive and can be used for detection, localization, identification and quantification of rabbit IgG.

Scientific Description |
IgG is a monomeric immunoglobulin which is composed of two heavy chains and two light chains. Each IgG has two antigen binding sites. It is the most abundant immunoglobulin in the blood and tissue. It provides protection against many kinds of bacteria, viruses, fungi as well as optimizing phagocytosis and neutralizing bacterial toxins.
