This product is Hydrocortisone CMO-Biotin. It is useful as a biotin-labelled antigen paired with the anti-hydrocortisone antibody (ICP1836) in the development competitive ELISA.

Specificity
The antibody recognizes proteins acetylated on lysine residues. Tested: acetylated histone, acetylated BSA, and acetylated MBP. There are no reactions to non-acetylated proteins.
ELISA Titer
Hydrocortisone CMO-Biotin is approximately 1:200,000 in plate immobilized with 2 mg/mL of rabbit anti-HYDROCORTISONE antibodies (ICP1836).
Applications
Storage & Stability
Product is stable for at least 30 days at room tempterature. For at least one year when stores at –20ºC. Expiration date is one year from date of shipping if properly stored.
