ICP0705 ING1 is a tumour suppressor. It is reported that ING1 phosphorylated at serine126 has increased stability. Affinity purified rabbit polyclonal anti-p33 ING1 (phosphor ser126) is developed based on its phosphorylated site (ser126) and absorbed with non-phosphorylated ING1 C-terminal peptide. The antibody was utilized in studies of ING1 phosphorylation by immunoblot and immunofluorescent staining. |
