This product is Aflatoxin B1 Biotin (AFB1-CMO-BIOTIN). It is useful as a biotin-labelled antigen paired with the anti-AFB1 antibodies (ICP1204 and ICP1205) in the development of AFB1 ELISA.

Conjugation

Aflatoxin B1 methylcarboxyloxime linked to CMO-BIOTIN via amine acylation and purified with preparative HPLC.

AFB1/CMO-BIOTIN molar ratio: 1:1

ELISA Titer

OD50 ELISA titer for AFB1-CMO-BIOTIN is approximately 1:2,000,000 in plate immobilized with 2 µg/mL of monoclonal anti-AFB1.

Applications

ELISA, suggested applying concentration: 1/100,000-1/200,000 dilution

Storage & Stability

Product is stable for at least 30 days at room temperature, for at least on year when stored at -20ºC. Expiration date is one year from date of shipping if properly stored.
