The monoclonal anti-AFB1 antibody is raised using AFB1-KLH as the immunogen. The antibody can be utilized for the development of competitive ELISA with paired AFB1-BSA (ICP1203) or AFB1-HRP (ICP1206), for the detection and quantification of the food-borne mycotoxin AFB1.

Direct competitive inhibition ELISA using immobilized anti-AFB1 (ICP1204, 0.5 µg/mL) and AFB1-HRP (ICP 1206, 0.25 µg/mL). 50% inhibition occurred at 0.1 ng/mL free AFB1 in a non-optimized condition.
